Consider me old fashioned. I write my stories in a composition book . Then once I'm finish I let my closet friends read  it to give their own opinion of it. If I hear good reviews I get happy

Hi my name is Keondra and I'm in the process of writing my own book. What is the do's and don'ts of doing so. I don't publish it online but I know that's how most of them get read. Where do I go to get it copyright or publish. Also, how to make book covers?
