We helded a team meeting in that our Editor-in Chief is So Sad and Angry on me because he also had put lot of efforts for making PDF. I'm very emotional person so we made a decision for sake of his effort.

Yes. I know but I don't think we have mention "We have Translated this volume". We have just mention as a Editor-in Chief, that's all. Plus, you didn't put any restriction on it and just posted it publicly. You should keep atleast a notice but you didn't.
