I am part of the mermaid shifting community on amino, you should join on there... Some tips I could offer is you have to be patient and always stay focused, of course I am restarting as I went into M shift too soon and it messed it up :( is there anything in particular you want to know? Also I was thinking of making a book dedicated to tips on shifting if you would be interested in that?
