I uh. I apologize to TTS fans. I’ve been neglecting our boy 
          
          But, uh, here’s a snippet of another fic I started recently (it’ll go up on AO3 when chapter one is done, not here). Bonus points if you can guess what fandom it’s for! :D
          
          (Also my AO3 is justanaveragehumanbean) *cough*
          
          Snippet starts below.
          
          
          “Free map!” a small robot from nearby suddenly shouted. I whipped around towards it, heart skipping a few beats as I stumbled backwards a couple steps.
          
          “Sweet mother of-” I wheezed, cutting myself off as the bot rolled closer. It stopped a few feet from my slightly hunched figure as I glanced up at it. I raised one eyebrow as it continued to stare at me, unblinking eyes seemingly permanently open. “Uh… hi.”
          
          “Hi! Please take this map,” it continued in its text-to-speech-esque voice, producing a map from… somewhere. I quickly straightened up, looking the bot up and down. After a moment’s hesitation, I opened my hand. The bot - a bit overenthusiastically - shoved the map into my palm. “Thank you. Please enjoy.” With that it rolled off, most likely to scare the daylights out of some other unsuspecting guests.

So uhhhh I kinda lied to you all a little bit 
          
          Not on purpose, it’s just that I thought I was less burnt out on SoaA than I was.
          
          So a little hiatus! Hopefully not as long as the last one though
          
          And, of course, SoaA isn’t over. Y’all aren’t getting rid of me that easily!
          
          (Also if any of you are in the Sun and Moon Show fandom, you know how much material I’ve gotta watch through to catch up lmao)

So. Artfight.
          
          (I’m averagehumanbean btw. I fear I’ve mostly just been drawing TSAMS OCs though)

I’m gonna be honest with yall here. I’m in a huge burnout for SoaA. I know it hasn’t been that long since it picked back up again, but between two summer classes and just life in general, I’ve barely started the Brothers Hook. I’m not saying SoaA is over, or even on a long hiatus. Yall still get TWO chapters today! :D But I’m just warning that there might be a few more weeks in between the end of Great Tree and the beginning of The Brothers Hook so I can get a little more of a chapter backup.

          P.S. To my IRL friend (you know who you are): you need to wait at least three days in between reading parts four and five. That cliffhanger was partially just for your pain :)

Just finished writing the Great Tree! Guys, guys, it’s such an emotional rollercoaster. I’m SO happy with how this ep came out though, all 9 parts of it :) The fluff in part 9 is SO REAL y’all
          
          …but also prepare yourselves, next week is the cliffhanger that might make you want to throw your phone/tablet/reading device at a wall (please don’t!)
