          Here's a reminder: Have a meal, drink water to keep yourself hydrated, eat a snack, take a break from whatever you are doing, take care of yourself, brush your teeth. It can be hard to do daily things but you deserve everything. 
          
          I'm glad you're here with me and everyone else on earth. I'm grateful for your existance. You have a meaning to be on earth, you are beautiful, amazing, special and loved.
