@Kashvi_R hey, thank you! :) i am not sure what you exactly mean, but you can write your note and separate it using symbols ( * ★ ● etc ) or you can use an image with your note and add it to your story.

Hey...
I have a doubt regarding Wattpad Indian Awards form submission.
As in the form we have to write the date on which we published our first chapter, but I updated my first poem of my poetry book and I don't remember the original date on which I published my first poem.
So what should I do??
