Aloha, I'm Ifit, a CHamoru poet and communist living in the occupied nation of Hawai'i in the Moku of Wai'anae. I write Primarily pastoral poetry but I am also considering writing political fiction/nonfiction.
Hawaiian and indigenous stories from throughout the world are a great source of inspiration for me. Coupled with F. Scott Fitzgerald, Khalil Gibran, Haunani Kay Trask, and Nina Simone.
