I see him playing the piano. I can’t help but be amused at how hard he’s trying, playing one note at a time, and so I sit beside him and start playing with one hand. His eyes were full of confusion and I can clearly see already what he’s thinking.
          
          “I’ll play. Try it with me.”
          
          He just stared.
          
          “Come on.” And I started playing.
          
          “You could’ve told me you know how to play.”
          
          “Didn’t ask.”
          
          And he punches my side, and I fake hurt.

He was down and I cheered him up.
          “Dude, come here,” I said and gave him one tight hug. My face buried deep in his nook, relishing his scent.
          I moved back to face him. I took hold of his face. “Look at me,” I said. “It’s okay dude. You’ll be fine.” I gave him a half smile. “They don’t see what they’re missing.”
          He looked up at me with pleading eyes, tears threatening to fall.
           “I can perfectly see a perfect guy, right here.” I searched his eyes, eyes filled with confusion. “It just takes a right person to see your worth.” And I kissed his forehead. “And you deserve someone much better.”
          He cried on my shoulder all night til we both fell asleep in each other's embrace.

I knew what she came for, and I can't look at her face.
          
          "I can't see you anymore... I... I can't,"
          I said as I searched for other easing words to keep her away, but the look that she has made me built-up a rock on my throat. 
          
          Tears flowed from her eyes as she looked at me questioningly. The moment she realized what I meant, she took off, immediately opened up her umbrella went down to our porch's stairs and out to the rain.
          
          As I saw her walk towards their car, she paused. She looked towards me and asked, "He made you promised didn't he? To stay away from me to keep me safe." Her wet cheeks glistened as if rain had crossed through her umbrella.

I wanna lose myself... :))

          I can't help but think... are you avoiding me?
          
          It aches my heart to even think it, let alone, imagine it. I know I'm ugly, definitely unworthy of you, sometimes I don't even know myself. But hey, I understand if the things we have had gone... I-I don't know anymore.
          
          I don't want to hold you back.
