Dear friends,

I wanted to share a small milestone with you — Robby Schur & the Golden Rat is now officially published on Amazon:
          	https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0GGXYB7W7

This project has been a particularly fascinating journey for me. I’ve written and published before, but this story grew into something I didn’t fully expect.

Robby’s voice — ironic, skeptical, occasionally grumbling — shaped the entire book in surprising ways. What started as a straightforward adventure slowly became something more layered: a story about identity, courage, friendship, and what happens when you’re pushed far beyond what feels safe or familiar.

Writing from inside that perspective challenged me in the best way. A fourteen-year-old narrator doesn’t allow for much pretension — he tends to question everything, including the person writing him.

Thank you for reading, for your comments, and for the time you’ve spent with this story. It genuinely means more than I can easily put into words.

If you’re curious to see how Robby’s journey unfolds beyond what’s posted here… it’s now out there.

Either way, I’m just glad you’re here.

Dear friends,

I’ve finished editing the final chapter of Robby Schur & the Golden Rat and have started uploading the text.

This project has been an especially fascinating experiment for me. I’ve written and published a book before — a more traditional science fiction novel — but this one turned out to be something entirely different.

This story is told through the voice of a fourteen-year-old American teenager. His tone — ironic, skeptical, often grumbling — gave the whole book a rhythm and color I hadn’t anticipated. What began as an adventure gradually became something more layered: a story about identity, courage, friendship, and the strange ways we grow when we’re pushed far outside our comfort zones.

Writing from inside that voice challenged me. It forced me to be sharper, more honest, and at times less comfortable. A teenage narrator doesn’t allow pretension — he questions everything, including the author.

I hope you’ll enjoy following Robby’s journey as much as I enjoyed discovering it.

Thank you for reading, for commenting, and for being here. Your support truly matters.
