I would encourage everyone to read the bible, not because I said so but for yourself. If you’re already a Christian, don’t be a lukewarm Christian and put God in your closet as a pet that you only go to when you need something from him. Seek to know him everyday and he will reveal himself to you. Don’t limit him. I’m also working to do this too.
It’s so scary to not be in his presence.
It says in Romans 1: 28-32 “And since they did not see fit to acknowledge God, God gave them up to their debased mind to do what ought not to be done. They were filled with all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness. They are gossips, slanderers, haters of God, insolent, haughty, boastful, inventors of evil, disobedient to parents, foolish, faithless, heartless, ruthless. Though they know God's righteous decree that those who practice such things deserve to die, they not only do them but give approval to those who practice them.”
Don’t be those people. Turn away from everything written above. Seek God only and he will make it easy for you to live righteously through the Holy Spirit.
If you’re struggling with repentance also known as turning away completely from sin. Always cry to God. Cry out of him and tell him you’re struggling in whatever it is, in all honestly leaving no filter. However you pray, God doesn’t judge but how you pray to him, he just wants you to turn back to him.
Jesus is the only way the truth and life. And no one Goes through the father except through him. Accept Jesus as your Lord and saviour and the rest will be easy.
The enemy is swift and crafty seeking to steal kill and destroy. So be aware and vigilant.
