I absolutely ADORE, the BBC adaption of Sherlock Holmes, as well as the books themselves. God, Arthur Conan Doyle is a GENIUS! 
I love Fleabag as well; I have the script for the play, and the script for both seasons, all episodes! 
I am currently watching house; at the time of writing I am in the middle of Season Three, Episode Three, 'Informed Consent'. 
I have all of Sherlock, Fleabag, and House on DVD.
My longest running Tv Show fandoms have to be Psych, with James Roday, Dule Hill and Timothy Omunsdon. As well as Community, with Danny Pudi, Joel Mchale and Donald Glover!
