I write to you, resident Toga expert, for insight about an endeavor (not the hero). Okay, going to stop talking formal. I was going to sit down and read the entire ass MHA wiki for this, because I think it's a bit weirdly specific, but I checked Wattpad while putting it off and saw your name and thought: What's the harm in asking? 
          
          Okay, intro aside, and assuming you don't want to draw, quarter and hang me in the town square for asking a question:
          
          When Toga is using her quirk, would she bleed? Like, okay, I'm writing a fight scene, and I can't recall if when she was ever using her quirk, if she could actually bleed. Like, her own blood. If she were cut, would it pierce the layer of whatever the fuck her quirk is made from? 
          
          Man this is the weirdest thing I've ever asked someone, unprompted, on their own message board. Now I'm starting to think I'm being rude and shit. I should send this before I chicken out or something.

@ImGonnaMarryToga Uhh, I think I confused you with my question and you confused me with your answer lmao. I appreciate you answering though! My case here is super oddly specific, because I was wondering if her quirk would act as built-in protection from neurotoxins that would need to enter via the bloodstream. Like, poison coated knife -- does it work on her? If the swing would nick her, just enough to scratch and poison the average person, would it hit the outer layer of quirk material, or actually hurt her? I've always thought of her quirk like a layer on top of her, so it would make sense that damage sustained doesn't fall through unless it's SUPER deep. Sorry, ended up ranting. I think I've got the answer now, and if I'm wrong, well, no. Canon's wrong lmao

@Its_Kingston Okay, I'm not 100% sure but I think it's possible considering I know can she transform with injuries and still have them while transformed, I've also seen her transform into someone who already had injuries and still have those injuries.. I'm trying to remember if I've seen her get injured while transformed, uhm.. in the latest episodes of mha she was transformed and started de-transforming because of a headache caused by overuse of her quirk so I'd say she'd be able to bleed but the part where the injury is would start going back to her original form. I just re read your question and I do know that her blood becomes the person she's transformed into so it might really depend on the injury, if it's serious, I'd say she starts de-transforming, if it's just a scratch she stays transformed.
