All my books are taking forever and I don't know if any other good books

I feel like all the books I am reading take forever to be updated. THE STRUGGLE! 

I am planning on writing a for real book like once I start uploading chapters I dont WANT to stop until I finally complete a story.    What do yall think I should do?
