For me, the worst part about writing is writing the parts that lead up to the parts that I actually want to write. A lot of the time I realize what I want the beginning and the ending to be, but not the middle, which leads to a lot of unnecessary stress trying to figure out how to fill the gaps.

I stopped writing here because I have no clue how to end a story and also I did not want to write Splatoon. I also prefer to write short stories over longer ones. I think some of my short stories are the last things I posted.

@ImSomeone29 that's what happens on here. people move on, stories are left unfinished or in rare cases deleted all together and fans are left wondering if authors they love are dead for good. I have many stories saved where people just up and quit without a trace and a story that I can only access a few pages of because it is still in my archive even though the author deleted off their page. I saw an author be completely lost because they forgot their account password and had to make a new one but the loss of views and status got to them. Unfortunately, this platform is stuck in a cycle of people coming in, reading, deciding to write, then leaving their stories ongoing. 
            
            Sorry to ramble, just been looking through old stories and sad about how many I'll never get to see the ending of or never see again
