Geez I tried publishing the new story 5 times and for the 6 times I finally published the new story!

What is happening to wattpad?I'm going to publish a new story and it says Try again later then I tried again but I still cannot publish it.I uninstall the wp and install it again.It still cannot be publish then their are three parts of the story even though it just has two.The other one said Updated 1 January 1970 I mean,what the heck?
