The government has come up with a plan to take out the weakest ones of the world, Project Three. Project Three will involve the government releasing a series of mechanically engineered disasters that the people of the world have taken to calling 'phases'. These disasters will be unleashed on the people of the world and those who come out alive get to procreate with the government and make a newer, stronger population.
It's up to Kylo Manchester and his gang of misfits to get to the bottom of what's going on and why the government wants to follow through with their plan so badly. They just have to survive through the phases and hope for the best. They're only a bunch of kids, after all. How will they survive? Why does the government want to kill off the weak?
