I am still alive guys. Just recovered from my 1st flu out of many of 2025. As usual got infected  my patients.
          
          I am quite surprise that we have new readers!
          
          Update will be 1st week of March because I don't have enough off to write you know that I have a full time job. Thank you for understanding.
