Hey, are they doing alright? We don't really know eachother, but I'm still really concerned, nobody deserves to feel this way because they feel that crappy, I understand it, but it's still different, and difficult, for everybody to stop feeling crappy, sometimes some people just start going out walks, maybe getting an animal, or literally just reading books and talking with friends, but yk, it might not just be you.
