Hey, are they doing alright? We don't really know eachother, but I'm still really concerned, nobody deserves to feel this way because they feel that crappy, I understand it, but it's still different, and difficult, for everybody to stop feeling crappy, sometimes some people just start going out walks, maybe getting an animal, or literally just reading books and talking with friends, but yk, it might not just be you.

Recovery is 100% possible. You just gotta make it possible. If you commit your taking away that option to make it better. It's a permanent answer for a temporary problem. When your at your worst others might be at their best. Sure. But you might be at your best while others are at their worst. All it takes is some work. You've just got to believe in it. Even if it takes some lying. It's a fake it till you make it situation. It's hard. I know. But I know you can do it. Just try hunny.
