Y’all, tell me.
Should I, a middle schooler, have to ask my mom to drive me to school every morning and accept no for an answer when it’s a 45 minute walk?
Should I, someone who currently cannot communicate without WiFi, have to walk 45 minutes to school when my mom is having a “working emergency”?
Should I really have to wonder whether or not my mom is going to get me to school every morning? Because to me, driving your child to school is not something you stop doing until they can drive, unless you’re 100% sure that someone else can.
And unless someone lives within 20 minutes of the school, they shouldn’t have to walk. IT’S NOT WHEN YOU WERE A KID ANYMORE, ALEXIA!! It’s 2019, so stop being a b!tch and get up for 15 minutes to get me to where I need to be. You can go back to sleep afterwards.
That or I should be expected to “arrange my rides to school in the morning” or “not expect a ride”.
