Bakugou will be returned to his class at UA, but he'll be stripped of his hero costume and banned from training, internships, and exams. He'll be going through a regular school education. He'll wear a Quirk Suppressor outside of school at all times. And when he graduates from UA, he'll be banned from becoming a pro hero. This is worse than prison, because everyone he called "extras" is becoming stronger and better than him, and he's stuck. And his dream will never come true. Cormic justice.
