The FitnessGram Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal bodeboop. A sing lap should be completed every time you hear this sound. ding Remember to run in a straight line and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark. Get ready!… Start. *Ding*

          Okay now onto the matter of business.
          
          Hey you guys! So I need your help. I need to make a Happy Birthday Markiplier video and it needs to be up by Jun. 28, A.K.A Marks Birthday. In order to make this I need more pictures/fan art. So I've made a email for you guys to send in your fan art and also comments for mark so I can put them in my YT video. But I also have some ground rules.
          
          1: If you are under 16 I cannot have your face included in the picture. However you may still send in your fan art without your face included. [Safety Reasons] If you are 16+ you can have your face in the picture with your fan art if you choose. 
          
          2: The comments to mark must be either a happy birthday wish, compliment, support, etc. Just as long as they're a sentence long. [I need room for the other comments]
          
          3: The fan art must be *YOURS*! If the art is not yours, and claim it to be yours, I can get in trouble, and so can you.  And I do not want that. So please send in *YOUR OWN* artwork.
          
          4: If you have suggestions for songs to be used please refrain from doing so. I have some songs in mind that I will be using. So please no song suggestions. 
          
          5: If you like, you can send in a video of yourself addressed to mark. But please, only one video per person and the limit is 15 seconds. [I need room for other videos]
          
          6: If you have a YouTube channel please send me the link or give me the name of your channel. Same goes for other social media apps if you do not have a YouTube channel.  [Preferably the link] And if you have art work please give me a name, date, and age. 
          
          7: If you can't send it by email, you can send it to me by another social media that you have and IF I HAVE IT I will receive you fan art or comments that way.
