          Hallo ik ben .... = Hello I am .... hallo means hello, ik means I and ben is am 
          
          Second, tell your age
          
          Ik ben .... jaar oud = I am .... years old. And again ik means I, ben is am, jaar is year and oud is old. Pretty easy right 
          
          Third, tell where you live 
          
          Ik woon in ... = I live in ... woon means live and In is just in
