Hello... I have read your story more than 10 times now. There are very few stories which revolve around kareena and then again, focus on Karishma's kind heartedness 
          I love your story and had a suggestion, if u want to implement it.
          I was reading currently and observed that Karishma had cardiac arrest the first time she was shot by a bullet. Maybe you can use that, and build a storyline from it where Karishma hides her ill health from everyone and later on everyone discovers it. Cardiac arrest must have affected her health and then again she got shot in the chest. So a storyline from that pov can also emerge if u want.
