@scarlet295745905 honestly I understand you but I DEFINITELY recommend deleting it or at least putting on a time limit for yourself. I didn’t know I was addicted until I actually had to stay away from it. I gradually lowered my hours. 8 hours a week went to 6 hours, then 4 hours, and then I ended up with 2 hours before fully deleting it. Sometimes I still get the urge since it’s fun and all but it was taking away my creativity and I refound my passion in writing. Besides that, it’s horrible for the earth. Damage that’s done by AI cannot be undone. Big advice to try lowering your usage!
