Inhaler One-shots has been taken down for violating guidelines apparently (even though there’s nothing in there that I believe to be problematic ?) so if you’re wondering where it went, that’s where. I’ve submitted an appeal to get it back but in the meantime I will be backing up my other fics and posting things on my tumblr. Sorry

Here’s a PSA for readers when interacting with fics: your interaction is great, comments, votes, saves etc. And it’s a great way of showing your fave writers that you engage with what they’re writing. What’s not so great is commenting “UPDATE” “UPDATE PLEASE” on every new chapter that is released. It is not helpful and won’t make updates come any faster and if anything it make the writers feel overwhelmed to meet demands, especially when they are already so busy with their lives. Have som patience. If you really wanna support writers and encourage them, tell them what you liked about what you read! Tell them they did a good job! Screaming at us to update it doesn’t tell us what we did right and how we’re meant to make the next chapter even better. I’m not the only one who feels like this, it’s a universal experience for most writers on here and other platforms. So please, stop demanding updates. Thank you!

Hey guys it’s been a while...I kinda made a whole announcement post on my tumblr but forgot to say anything here, but basically due to the breakdown of the band I’ve kinda lost motivation to write for catb at the moment so I’m sort of going on a hiatus in terms of those fics. I still of course have so many WIPs that I want to finish though so it won’t be forever as long as I can finish those, but after that I’m stopping. I’m unfortunately not accepting any new requests at this time either. I am also aware I have ongoing series which haven’t been updated in a while but I promise I’ll keep putting chapters out for those as I’m still motivated to write them, catb or not. None of this applies to my Inhaler or Sam fics,, they’re still coming when I can finish them lol. I also have sort of just kinda joined many new fandoms and want to write for them too (I.e britpop, stranger things) so yk just a heads up to expect a change lol bUT feel free to send me ideas for those or requests so I can actually kick start it. Okay that is all thank you for being patient If you read this far :)
