IMRAN SIDDIQUI

I was born in the year 1979 in Harraiyya Village located near Bihar Border on the Eastern side of Uttar Pradesh. My education took place in local school and college. In the year 1997 I had gone to Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh to prepare for my engineering exams. I had a keen interest in literature and philosophy since childhood. After preparing for the IIT exams I found myself automatically drawn towards social research and literature, which also gave me an opportunity to relive my childhood hobbies. In the year 1999 I went to Delhi where I dabbled with theatre for sometime. In Oct 2002 I came to Mumbai. In the year 2003 I joined the arena of Television Soaps as an assistant director. Since then I am active in the fields of Television, Theatre and writing.
