Terrorism strikes again.
There has been an attack at an airport in Istanbul, Turkey. Many people were wounded, and lives were lost. People blame ISIS, and I can't disagree. After all, it only makes sense there would be a terrorist attack while many are celebrating their holiday, Ramadan. Yet, it also doesn't.
Each day, the world becomes sicker and sicker, full of more and more hatred for itself. Killing, war, more killing... there's obviously some healing that needs to be done. Hatred and MORE killing... what kind of revenge is that? You're just digging your own grave.
To everyone who has been affected in any way by the explosions, I emphasize with you, I sympathize with you, and I apologize for the point our world has come to. This is even upsetting for me, because I fear that one of my closest friends were on that flight. She hasn't contacted me in 12 hours, and the something about all of this makes me want to cry.
Frankly, there's something that needs to be changed. Day by day, people are working, planning, scheming more ways to spread fear all throughout Europe. And that needs to be stopped.
