Heyy! I use Photoshop CC to make my covers, you have to pay for it, though. There's a website similar to Photoshop, it's called PIXLR. If you're new in graphic designing you should definitely start with PIXLR, it's a good start in my opinion. :) 
            
            Also, I would love to make you a cover but I'm unfortunately busy with my studies at the moment since I have exams coming up. Maybe later? Xx
