I don't associate myself with fandoms, but I do obsess over things that have fandoms. I suppose the three most notable would be Doctor Who (my main obsession), Harry Potter, and Lord of the Rings/Tolkien's work in general.
I write fan fiction just as something fun to do that helps increase my writing skills.
Writing is one of my favorite hobbies. I have been writing fiction since I was six years old. Hopefully my writing is better now. 
Most things I write are from the third person POV. I prefer reading books from that perspective and feel more comfortable writing from that perspective. I understand that first person is a lot more common on Wattpad.
Even if I'm not the greatest writer personally, I'm actually really good at critiquing writing. Call it a perk of reading too many classics. Dm me if you want me to critique your story. I'll be on the lookout for spelling/grammatical errors, plot holes, and poor writing in general, particularly in places where people struggle (hello, dialogue tags!). Totally constructive criticism, nothing mean.
