If there’s one thing I like about wattpad, it’s that the interaction with your work is much more consistent. On tumblr and AO3 you get all your interaction with an average post in the first 1–24 hours and then it stagnates (not at a very impressive number either), which makes it very depressing to post there. But with wattpad, once you post something there’s always a steady trickle of interaction, and while it’s not much it’s definitely far more motivating. Or at least not so fucking depressing that I wanna quit
