It’s funny seeing all the Yuuta x Maki shippers saying their relationship was implied from the start because Yuuta saved Maki once & bc of subtle gestures like when Gojo died & Maki placed her hand on Yuuta’s houlder to comfort him. But when i start saying how Yuuji and Megumi have ALSO done the same because of the amount of times they’ve saved each other already & with the way Megumi ALWAYS looks at Yuuji in official art, i can’t ship them bc I’m apparently “making everything gay” or they’re “just best friends” like it js doesn’t make sense. Why is it a crime when i ship 2 guys that are ALSO implied. Honestly it’s the same for Satosugu, they’re MEANT to be portrayed at soulmates, romantic or platonic, whatever people see them as. I see them as romantic tbh, Itafushi too.
          	
          	Have you also heard that one line where Megumi explains he didn’t have a specific reason for saving Yuuji & that it was js bc of some selfish reasons/personal reasons, if a guy said that to a girl, the ENTIRE fandom would ship them. Bro i hate the jjk fandom sm. Like PLEASE shut tf up and let people ship WHOEVER tf they want.
          	
          	They also LOVE saying “they’re minors btw” like what?? Shipping 2 guys does not mean anything sexual tf. A lot of straight couples are high schoolers, like Yuuta & Maki so it js doesn’t make any sense when people say that. Like we know they’re minors? Nothing sexual was said abt them.
          	
          	There are a lot of things i could include here as to why Itafushi is implied (Satosugu too but this isn’t specifically abt them) though i’m not really gonna do that, i’ll save that for another day bc i js wanted to rant abt this annoying ass fandom & the things they do/say when it comes to ships of the same gender.

@SakikoSaito yeahh exactly, people should only be pressed if it’s an adult x minor ship bc that’s js disgusting. If it’s simply a ship they don’t like, they should ignore it instead of hating on shippers/videos abt that ship. And ur so real for watching romance animes that don’t entirely revolve around that :3

@Inuiswifey you’re so real for this! I think people should just let everyone ship whoever they want so long as it’s not problematic. Like if a ship annoys or doesn’t meet one’s interest ignore or don’t engage. Itadori and Megumi are cute, even as someone who doesn’t ship I can still see it happening. And you’re right romance anime can be boring, but I do watch it if the story doesn’t completely revolve around it
