omg ben je een nederlander?

Why do readers get mad when the mc doesn’t fall for the guy, when she doesn’t approve of the life he lives and refuses to be around him. I’m actually tired of the mc’s not having sense in these books it’s so annoying to read like damn why are they always pushovers??? 
          
          
          For future books I really need the girls to have more sense and be headstrong.
