Well now what to say. My name is Irene and I am forty eight - years  young, and although I am currently confined to a wheelchair due to circumstances beyond my control I enjoy writing and reading immensely. 

I am now,  authoring Broken Hearted. 
Although I have written and published many short stories in my youth, I find that this one is closest to my heart. 

As my friends memory comes in flashes, you will find some long chapters as well as some short since I am writing it directly as she remembers. please be patient as her memory is not always chronological, so some incredible sorting has to be done.

I not only hope you enjoy this book but that it might bring hope to those undergoing abuse or recovering from same.
