What happens in August was Such a great book you wrote it!
Loved reading it from the start to the end.
I’m officially hanging up my writer’s hat. I know that I probably got a bunch of you excited for the possibility of a new story, but I’ve been working my butt for two months now and I’ve simply gotten nowhere. My senior year of high school starts in 2 weeks and I don’t need the unnecessary stress of trying to get a story done anymore. I’ve thought about this extensively and I’ve come to the decision that I’m going to focus on the more important things in life; my grades, SATs, college applications, scholarships, etc. It’s very possible that in a year or two, I’ll come back and start writing again. But for now, I have one amazing story complete and that’s enough for me. Hopefully you all understand.

@Irisysal look, take a break, divert your attention from writing then try again. Ideas sometimes spark out of nowhere so don't force them out just do something else that you enjoy and then when you feel ready,get back to writing. You got this!!!

So I have read so many books on this app but none of them were as good as yours.
Most of them are just regular old cliches.
What happens in August was an amazing book.the plot was so good and realistic and none of the characters were shallow and had a lot of depth to them. August's journey of self realization was simply beautiful.
I was a bit sad that he didn't end up with Matteo but I was also glad that it didn't happen because leaving Matteo was so important for August's journey. I can seriously write an entire essay about this book and how much I like it. I can't wait for your next book.i will be the first one to read it.

I am trying so hard to get a new story up, guys. I know a lot of you are probably really disappointed that I've put up numerous works these past few months and have taken them all down after posting a couple chapters. I'm working my butt off trying to come up with something that will live up to the expectations I'm sure you all have after reading What Happens In August. I just want to give a big thanks to all of my readers who read everything I put up, who have stuck around since the beginning. I love you guys, and I will have something new for you soon. I PROMISE! And I won't take it down, cross my heart and hope to die.
@Irisysal don't rush yourself and please don't pressure yourself to meet anybody's expectations. Take your time and enjoy the process. I sound like those motivation coaches but hey I hope this would make you feel better.

I’ve completed my first book! Finally. I’m very proud of it, I absolutely loved writing the story and having people enjoy it. For anyone who sees this and decides to give it a read, don’t be afraid to give me your thoughts on the story, I enjoy all of my reader’s feedback and whatnot. ❤️
