@JaydenFleisher My version is its own universe, a Composite Universe. Since the United Terran Union lives in Composite Earth, they basically live in a small multiverse due to Nasuverse's Earth being 1 of the many Earths across the Multiverse.

Interesting enough mine is more split into sectors such as the imperial sector that includes factions like the imperium and eldar
            And 
            The koprulu sector- dominion, Zerg and the Protoss

I agree with the chiss idea, for mandalore I’d say ally with them but with conditions on both sides, why well with how the separatists and republic is portrayed in this story they’ll much to padme and her entourages anger try to force mandalore to join. The duchess on the other hand will be extremely conflicted because she knows both sides will basically resource strip the planet for beskar so this leads to her seeking out the Terrans however she will make the conditions to the mandalorian warriors that if she’s to let them return back to their warrior ways if they follow her laws and protect mandalore, as for the Terran federation she’ll look to ally with them if they don’t take over the planet and while the terrans agree to the terms they add a bonus being to reteraform mandalore and while it does shock satine she was more surprised at how easily agreed and all they asked was for mandalores loyalty so this marked their alliance
            For the Hapens it’s more that they would ally with the terrans with their common goal of taking down the Jedi
