@ IsTheLoneliestNumber you can say on couch or bench but dont lay on bed if your stomach still full because you just get Mild Digestive disorder or in simple case Food coma so sat on couch drink Warm water and Relax jog for several minutes
@ IsTheLoneliestNumber Drink Warm Water to soothe your stomach and then You have relax walking For several minutes and wait for 2 and 3 hour make you can sat or lay on bed
