I have decided to update "Hounds of the Princess" on Tuesdays and Fridays, rather than just Fridays, to have it ready for judging by the August first cutoff for the Wattys.  So if that's one you're checking in on, be aware that it updates twice a week now.

For those of you who got new ebook readers and are dying to try them, I’ve reduced the price of my books by a dollar on Smashwords (https://www.smashwords.com/profile/view/isabelpelech), and reduced <i>Echoes of the Ancients</i> on Amazon.  (Reducing <i>The Fire-Moon</i> on Amazon would mess with my royalties.)  This sale will last through the thirty-first.
          
          In less happy news, I’m going to abandon the bit about ten cents of every purchase of <i>The Fire-Moon</i> going to the Syrian children’s relief fund.  I’m not earning enough to give them a meaningful contribution; nickel and dime amounts would cost more money to process than they’re worth, and they don’t allow them anyway.  I’m going to give them a ten dollar contribution now, which is their minimum as well as more than I’ve earned for them selling <i>The Fire-Moon,</i> and from now on, I’m going to rely on special sales to donate to relief funds and charities.  The one I did for hurricane relief worked out pretty well.
          
          I’m going to publish a new novella, called <i>The Rogue Ship,</i> in February.

Well, not only have I posted some new chapters of "A Normil Day," but I've been trying to add a banner on top of the chapters.  I'd appreciate it if one of you guys could tell me how it looks—especially if you're on mobile, which I *thiiiink* the banner is sized for.
          
          Btw, did any of you guys get any alerts about the new chapters, or do I have to send those out manually?  I've noticed some people posting "new chapter up" on their profile, but I thought wattpad was supposed to take care of that for me.
