the last part to disregarded is coming out this Tuesday and I want to thank everyone who voted, read and liked the story and the DDD trilogy for Riverdale. It was really fun for me to write three different black female characters that could operate in Riverdale as their own people. And I liked how close or distanced they were to the show's core four (Archie, Betty, Veronica and Jug). I think it's easy to forget that not every original character has to be close to the main characters of the story. They are YOUR main character. Writing the DDD series helped remind me of that. 
          
          This series also reminded me why I write. As a black girl growing up it was hard to see characters that looked like me in tv shows or books. And if there were black female characters, some horrible stereotype was written into them or they were not handled with care, etc. I want to say that I tried to write Kimmy, Syd and Bowie as black characters with faults and complexities. They weren't always perfect but that didn't mean they didn't deserve their happy endings.
          
          Anyways that was a lot of words lol. So again, thank you all for coming on this ride with me! hope everyone stays safe, love y'all! see you soon!!

okay the riverdale series is gonna be published out of order, bc I think it's funny that way and I haven't kept up with the show in a long while. HOWEVER if you wanna wait until all three (3) are out to read it in order that's fine too. <3 thanks for reading!!
