          Yes Julia is Japanese and Spanish, thats what she has always been. She rarely speaks Japanese and Spanish but when she does its because (and i quote): “English is too hard sometimes so i speak my native tones.....well one of them anyway.”
          here’s her parents things.
          Julia’s mom is Japanese, she was born and raised in Japan for a good portion of her life till her family immigrated to America, specifically where Julia was born
          Julia’s dad is Hispanic, he was born in Mexico and was raised for almost all his life till high school years, thats when his family moved to where Julia was born. Thats where he met Julia’s mom and yeah
          Julia is not in school anymore due to her being expelled for some stupid rumor that everybody believed. After she was expelled (like a day later) she dyed her hair half red.
