Guys, I just made my first book cover. It's the one for 'Slanting Dangerously,' and, okay, I know it doesn't come close to all the brilliant covers I see around, but I made this on my own, and I'm pretty pleased with myself, if I'm being perfectly honest. Photoshop can be such a bitch though. It really tested by patience a couple of times there, but like Frodo walking to Mordor, I struggled onward. (Although he really only made it because of Sam. Everyone needs a Sam.)
Anyway, there was literally no other reason for this post apart from me wanting to tell you about my first actual decent cover.
