The book have potential but the only thing throwing me off is not knowing what they're saying when speaking spanish

Hello guys I am writing a book but not sure if I can post it I have seen many people post books on here but unsure if I can post stories useing other people's pictures and not get sue for it. 
          
          Please I really need answers I have been thinking about this for months now and I don't wanna get sued for using other people's pictures.
