besties hello i’m alive and i’m still dating the roomie but lately she’s been so emotionally draining and i’m not sure if this relationship is working out for me.. what should i even do bc i honestly do love her a lot and she does love me but.. and plus her mental health is not great and i honestly want her to focus on her self but i’m terrified of sounding rude and making her think like it’s her fault.. idek what to do

BESTIES UPDATE ON THE ROOMIE!!! 
          well uh first of all- we kissed when we were hammered like a month ago. since then we’ve been in our hometowns thanks covid. text each other literally every day.
          so today i decided to get kinda flirty and sent her a meme like “i’m gonna kiss u” and asked her “can i” also using some emoji for it to sound more sarcastic so yk-…. well she said [we’re like being goofy or sumn] “i’ll think about it” i say “oh really?” she says “oh really”. then she said “i’m joking” but she didn’t mean it about that, but about some other message. i went “wym joking-“. she said “NO JSJDJ DID THAT SCARE U jdkaj. i went “yeah u ruined my hopes” or sumn. she then “what hopes huh”, i go “well ain’t gonna tell u…. [then after thinking] it’s not like it’s a secret.. but nvm”.
          SHE GOES “don’t get ur hopes up too high, i’m a wreck” SHE FCKING UNDERSTOOD WHAT I MEANT, i say “oh bestie i can see that-… did i just get rejected w/out even trying? TT”. she goes “NO SKJDJSJD… i’m just warning u”. then i “ohhh, does it mean i have a chance [cool glasses emoji(a lot)].
          SHE THEN SAYS “well maybe  [cool glasses emoji(a lot)]… but use it at your own risk[finger pointing up emojis]”. i went “okay, noted” and then after a few minutes she sent me a meme and then we sent each other memes like we always do. I WAS SHAKING WHEN I WAS TELLING HER ALL THAT LIKE- i was so scared i’d ruin our friendship bc it’s actually so nice and genuine.
          i think i’m actually in love for the first time ever guys
