I know it's not healthy, but I haven't been eating well recently. And I'm always hungry but whenever I get food I'm not hungry anymore, like, the food just feels wrong in my mouth. So I've just been drinking water to stave off the hunger. Do you guys know what my problem is or how to fix it? I feel gross about myself for not eating enough but at the same time I don't want to eat too much because I really want to lose weight. Also when I do actually eat a meal I can only stomach small portions, like a single lunchable. It's been like this for a while. Any suggestions? Please?
