Although she has done little to nothing for the black community, I’m really glad that Kamala Harris is Vice President. The first female VP and she’s black!! That is so powerful in so many ways. I’m glad that little black girls will see her in such a powerful position and tell themselves “I’m going to be like her” or  “that’s going to be me next” when looking at Vice President Harris. They will not internalise society telling them that their race and gender will enable them from getting to the top, and start only envisioning themselves at the top only. So for that, Thank you, Ms Vice President Harris. #BidenHarris2020
