Hello Readers! How are you?
So, as you will notice from you notifications, I am somewhat up and about! I still find it difficult to keep typing constantly, as my wrist cant take too much pressure, and it doesn't help that I have rejoined my office full time too, and thru the day typing there leaves me with very little strength to continue writing on a personal front. What I gather is, going back to normal pace will take much longer than I anticipated..but on the brighter side, even though painstakingly slow, I am able to write enough to do maybe 1 chapter in a month or month and half..so I have decided, instead of completely stopping to wait till I am at 100% efficiency, I will start publishing at a slower rate.
Personally I dont want to stay too far from writing because everytime I do that, a new story idea comes and I then want to pursue that and I start lagging behind in my current story! Nope, wont do that with BBB, it is going to be my only baby for now, and I have with a lot of effort, written the next chapter. I wish to publish this Sunday 16th Aug 11am IST, I hope you readers will be there to support me on this!
Please know, your words of encouragement and support are most needed now, when I am struggling to write. Thanks, and looking forward to see you all back!
PS - Changed the Book cover for BBB (out of boredom of not being able to write!) - how do you folks like it?

Hello readers, just a small writers rant..
Since I have not been able to write anything owing to my broken wrist, I have been doing an enormous amount of reading, both non-fiction, fiction and even MaNan stuff on Wattpad.
I am a full time enabler of all things AI that supports like and makes living and working easier, but I strongly condemn the misuse of AI in anything creative. Be it the Ghibli rip-offs that circulated social media about half a year back or the strong emergence of AI generated MaNan stories that litter the forum here!
By all means use AI to declutter your thoughts, take cues of storylines, have better grammatical sentences, take feedback on your plot and writing, but use it as an aide, not as a machine to spill out stories that you publish on your name!
Why I specifically hate the dumping of AI stories without proof reading doesn't only stay restricted to the ethical grey area but also because of the discouraging reading experience!
When you see a good plot, and good English, you invest time and start reading, but 1 chapter down you know its AI garbage because each chapter feels disconnected from the previous, the characters behave inconsistently, the language is unnecessarily more matured than the style of writing & the writer's emotional maturity - AI kills your creativity & your emotional quotient when you depend on it too much.
Also most of you use a free version of AI that massively hallucinates and trust me, if you leave it to the AI to develop your story for you and don't reroute it, prompt it basis your vision, the story makes no sense, it is disconnected and is a straight give away that you have added nothing to it, you have copy pasted garbage into this firm. It reflects poorly on your ethics as a writer, and also, what do you get out of it? Then why do you publish at all? Write a bad story, but make it your own, and readers will still appreciate that more, because it is original and whether you know it or not, that reflects too!

@Iv_Roo It's not limited to Manan. This AI slop is everywhere on this app. Books on this app are full of one liners. The dialogues in most books sound the same because they're written by AI. These dialogues gives you a feeling that "NO ONE TALKS LIKE THAT". These writers put zero efforts in writing. It doesn't take a genius to guess that they simply provide summary to AI and ask them to write the chapters. I firmly believe that AI should only be used for proof reading. Nothing else. Yes maybe for feedback as well. But whole chapters FULL of one liners is so stupid. I know these people are not professional writers, but at least put some efforts. If not, just don't write. It has come to a point where I deliberately look for stories with badly written summaries. It reassures me that even if the grammar is bad at least they didn't use AI. You should check the story "Sold to the Thakurs" which is trending in top 10 right now. In fact any other story in the top 10. Every book will have the same writing style. It's sad honestly. Books like these trend on top 10 and genuinely good writers don't even get recognition.

@Iv_Roo Finally...... Finally. Someone said it. I am tired of seeing either bad writing or just AI-scripted writing, which honestly sometimes feels like trash. Nothing against the people who are using it. But if you are doing that, at least do some proofreading; you will know that AI has hallucinated. The number of times I stopped reading a story the moment I realised it was completely written by AI and not even checked properly, like they did not even bother to remove the prompt continuation response in the chapters.... That bothered me like craaaaaaazyyy. It drove me crazzzyyyyy. Thank you for saying this. Finallyy

#IMPORTANT-ANNOUNCEMENT Guys just an update on my wrist. I am much better now. I am at least able to use cutlery and text now. I am able to type short messages comfortably, but the longer ones are still uncomfortable, so typing out whole chapters will still take some more time..I want to restart trying by end of this month, might not be able to publish anything before end Aug. Let's see..

#IMPORTANT-ANNOUNCEMENT Hi MaNan Readers, This is to inform you that all my current projects will be on HOLD for another 2-3 months at least. Met with a freak accident at home about 2 weeks back, broke my right wrist in 3 parts, got a steel plate surgery done, but no wrist movement allowed for at least 2 months now :(. Typing with left hand is really frustrating and slow even for texts, so I'm going to go dark for a while. Please watch this space for more information on when I will be back. Until then, take care. Hey! I really hope that you read this. I just finished "the scandalous affair" rn and months ago I read your another beautiful creation of "a lot like love"! I couldn't stop myself from telling you that how beautiful you write! They are so intense and magical. I always wondered why would a wife choose a second man outside her marriage? Was it wrong? @tuntin079 Oh I love AnuPre with all my heart because there's is a mature love story with so much more scope to explore. :) Unfortunately, there arent enough readers interested in that stuff, so I stopped writing :) Although I have done some writing on them in the past, and all are available in my profile. Feel free to read them all :) (My personal favourite is the AnuPre Omnibus of oneshots!)
