Understand that I won't stand for being treated like trash any longer. Especially from a person who says they love me, they miss me, etc.. A relationship is a two way street, and emotional abuse is what you're currently doing to me. You've been doing it for years now. So here's to you: FUCK OFF. 

Never change yourself just because someone else doesn't like something about you. If you're comfortable the way you are don't change. <3

Let me just get this off my chest. You're not a narsasist if you take care of yourself first. Understand that it's okay to take care of yourself. You can't help others in the best way if you yourself are in pain. You're allowed to love yourself. Treat yourself, you deserve it.
