Hey. I also received the same message about promotion for your story. Don't fall for it. It's mostly to be a scam. I almost fell for it some years ago but thankfully I didn't.
What these people do is target writers with a small following and offer this "inclusive deal" and an opportunity to get monetary benefits. But really they just want you to sign off the rights to your story and monetise on it without giving you the benefits.
So be careful
