Your job actually sounds really interesting though—even if it’s a bit slow at first. I feel like it’ll get way more fun once you’re past the learning phase. As for me… I might sound a little crazy, but I’m going into math again. I hope things at your job pick up soon, and that we’ll both have a bit more time again. You might even get a full story from me soon—I’m finishing Ice Dragon! I already have drafts of the epilogues, just taking my time with editing now.

He is he surprised me with a harry potter sherpa blankie yesterday lol so soft. It is a little slow going still feel like I am in the learning phase. Doing some digital marketing for some companies so it is a lot of talking to others and ground work. But it's kinda cool working with all the different programs.

@IvyontheWall8890 OMG I can see you’ve been catching up on The Ice Dragon… and probably the others too!  I literally went to sleep after seeing your comment and woke up to more than 60 notifications—I felt like a kid waking up on Christmas morning 
            I’m now trying to reply to all your comments, and let me just say… I’m so happy reading all your reactions, and seeing so many! 
            Yep, January is definitely shaping up to be a very busy month—full of celebrations, chaos, and hopefully some cozy writing time too ✨

            Honestly It would feel much more christmasy weather wise if we did that. It was almost 80 degrees F. here. Hahah that sounds amazing! I feel like in most cultures other than western, New Years is much bigger than christmas and spend with the family.
            Bedoba..that is cool. CAROLING?! I love caroling! We used to do that when my dad's parents were alive. You're not kidding that sounds like a fulfilling but exhausting month lol.

@Midnight-Ocean I have!! haha I don't know about that! It's slowly coming together though! It's full of wildflowers right now, very pretty! I had deer nearly come up to the truck the other day, and the wild geese came back to the pond, which is so cool! 
            
            Omg friend...I have been so cranky and I know that's why! This weekend has been a break through! Finally catching up on some stuff. Ahh you read my mind! I am totally getting a glass tonight!

I KNEW you were off on some secret side quest (and possibly battling evil paperwork gremlins ) — land negotiations?? acreage?? You're basically a fantasy heroine now, just with less swordplay and more stress. But omg, I totally get the withdrawal — no reading?? That’s actual CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT. I hope you get a moment soon to just breathe, curl up, and escape into a good story again. You absolutely deserve a cozy blanket, a glass of wine, and 6 uninterrupted hours of fic immediately.

@IvyontheWall8890 RIGHT?! They looked too good!! Like... who’s even allowed to eat something that pretty?? ✨ I'd totally just stare at them like museum art for 20 minutes before giving in and taking a bite  (because yes, I have to know what it tastes like... for science, obviously )
            But honestly—do people even sell those kinds of pastries outside Korea or China?? Like?? Is there a secret shop we don’t know about??  Because I don’t think there’s anything like that here in Georgia. Closest I’ve seen is a sad grocery store cake and... it’s not the same 
            Have you ever tried anything like that? Or are we both just dreaming with our screens pressed against the glass like hungry little Victorian orphans?
