I'm going to work on my stories offline, and will post them once I have a substantial amount written. Thanks to those who have stuck by me, it means a lot truly!

Hey guys! It's been far too long since I've updated anything, so I'm promising to post something before going back to school (within the month.) Anyway, as the media has reported, 50 Shades of Gray is being turned into a movie and will be released on Valentine's Day.This is awful.

Some of you may disagree, but the premise of the movie is a huge misconception. The BDSM featured in the book and the movie are not true representations of the culture, and are closer to abuse than anything else. The characters have no true trust or respect for each other (A BASIC AND NECESSARY THING IN BDSM CULTURE), and the research was obviously not done correctly or thoroughly enough. I am not an expert nor a participant in BDSM practices, but even I understand the difference between abuse and extreme sexual relationships.

I recommend reading "La Belle Bete (A fairytale retelling)" by Wattpad author Trewest. It is obviously more well researched, explains and shows the delicate and necessary dynamics in a Dom-Sub relationship, as well as giving examples of correct versus incorrect conceptions of what it means to practice BDSM (abuse vs pleasure gained through intense sex acts).

Ok, I've said my bit. Have a lovely day everyone!

I'm afraid that my "brain children" (larger stories) will be on hold until my "kiddies" (my smaller stories, very needy little things) get a chance to shine. I'm a rather scatterbrained person as is, and I can't focus on complicated plots when kiddies like "Our Author" and "the Veiled Folk" keep tugging at my pant's leg, begging for attention. PS, those kiddies are or have been recently updated/completed. Comments and votes are amazing motivators that will hasten my progress!
          Lots of love,
