Hi. Happy New Years (eve). I have come with an announcement. Shadow the Hedgehog is a--
          
          "Izu, where the fuck have you been?! It's been 6 months!"
            - I've been working my minimum wage job for that time, paying bills and such. But, I did buy an HDMI for the giant screen I have, so we are back, baby.
          
          "When's the next story?"
            - The next chapter of Davis' and Ray's story will (hopefully) be dropping by March 2024. Ever since my laptop died, I was not able to write a single damn thing. I need time to remember the story, where I want it to go, and make a backlog of chapters, just in case. I will also be working on an original story at the same time (so 3 books, in total), and have it all saved, so if everything were to die again, I'd still have something to drop.
          
          So, I guess this is an Author AMA. Go on, ask me anything!

Hi-yo. It's been like 3 momths, so here's an update.
          
          My laptop's still fucked. I'm trying to find a screen to repair it myself, but I need to keep waiting. I should be back by September.
          
          Hopefully.

Next week, my laptop will be in my hands. Praying for a success.
          
          In the meantime, I'll be working on an official timeline of events within my Azur Lane series, skipping over the boring bits.

No comedy here, just another update.
          
          My laptop's LCD screen is fucked beyond all recognition. I'm trying to get it fixed this week, but no promises. Money's tight.

          It's been a while, and I'm here to say I haven't worked at all on Hydra or Phoenix. I work M-F, so finding energy and ideas to write is hard. I won't give up, though.
          
          At current pace, the stories should be up by the end of March.

          After careful consideration, the next fic(s) on the list are the twin Azur Lane fanfictions, the sequels to Return of Davis. They're named Rise of Davis.
          
          Rise of Davis: International Hydra is the name for Jason's continued story, as he stays in the UK to deal with the Axis' French and Italian navies, the Vichya Dominion and the Sardegna Empire in the Mediterranean. He has allies with Rhodes Island's Sicario Air Groups, Hitman and Assassin (with assistance from Circus). Gunsel doesn't exist.
          
          Rise of Davis: Disgraced Phoenix follows my boy, Hernández Joseph Ray-Cruz, as he must deal with the dangerous Sirens of the North, the Nazi's Iron Blood, and his own Northern Parliament allies. Fortunately for him, Ray has his fleet of shipgirls and a team from Rhodes Island, A4, Reserve A4, and two Elite Operators, Amiya and Ch'en.
          
          I am currently working on the teaser for IH, and DP will come soon after. I am unsure when these chapters (or the real Chapter 1s) will be up and active, but I'll try my damnedest to get them up ASAP.
          
          This'll take 2 years to write, won't it?

          Return of Davis has finally ended, as of today. I would like to extend my thank to my followers and all the random crackheads who decided to follow this stupid story.
          
          I've got more in the works. Check the final chapter in RoD to see what I might be working on (and vote!).

Hey all, Scott he- wait.
          
          So, just a quick heads up, classes in Uni are hitting harder than expected, and Oktoberfest is next Saturday, so I might not finish up RoD in time. Please be patient as I wrap up the story.
          
          Also, Ch. 49 and 50 will be the last chapters of the story (of Return of Davis), but I'll upload a chapter soon after to run through some additional things and fun stuff, so stay vigilant!
          
          I accidentally started writing an Akagi/Ray lemon in the middle of Ch. 49. Should I keep it, or should I leave that as its own chapter?

So, I did not know this until I was writing today's chapter (also, that shit just went live, lol, lmao), but Chapter 45.5, according to Wattpad's word count, marks the fact I have written 100,000 words in the past year and a month for a single thing.
          
          I am both proud and ashamed at myself.
          
          Also, Chapter 47, coming out 3 fucking days after 46, is like 2 or 3 times as long as the previous one. Fuck.
